Rock the Block- Central City Repair Program

The Rock the Block event is part of Habitat’s Central City Repair Program which serves low-income residents at or below 80% AMI based on HUD guidelines. The central city service area is defined by the organization as the borders of West Locust Street to the North, 4th Street to the South, Harrison Street to the East, and Division Street to the West. Habitat is focusing on the Northeast quadrant of this area for this Rock the Block event, including a build on 17th street later this year.
