Provide opportunities for increased participation, increase community knowledge of city departmental functions, and promote City Council pillar of welcoming neighborhoods.  Opportunities include City Wide Summer Theme events, Dances, Fejervary Family Fun Days, Get out and Trail, Holiday lights, Movies in the Park, Parties in the Parks, Red, White and Boom, and YouthFest.
