YouthFest
A yearly celebration sponsored by Davenport Parks and Recreation and Davenport Community Schools to Encourage youth involvement in constructive summer activities.
Participants will enjoy hands-on games, activities, and interactive displays.
End the day cooling off at Fejervary Pool - general admission prices apply for the pool.
Volunteer needs: Help make a difference in the lives our youth.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by volunteering for one of the largest youth events in the area.
Volunteers will be assigned important rolls and schedules for this one day only event to ensure this event is a success.
Volunteer duties:
- Set-up and tear-down of event (including tables, tents, chairs, and/or activities)
- Check-in and/or Welcome table greeter
- Assist bus drop-of/pick-up location
- Monitor coloring table, lawn games, bounce house and/or petting zoo
- Encourage participants to join in the fun of the event
- Hand out event items to participants
- Provide information to participants
