Join us Saturday, May 14th to help with the National Association of Letter Carriers, Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Volunteers are needed to help sort food at local post offices. Specific post offices will be assigned where there is the most need. 2-4 hour shifts from 9am to 5pm. After your registration is complete a staff member will contact you with more details.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Boxing & packing food
- Unloading food from carriers
- Driver & kids to get food (Truck or SUV needed)
- Stop at post office
- Can sign off for Community Service hours
This is the largest food drive in the country. Our goal locally is to raise 115,000 pounds of food.
