Project NOW is a nonprofit organization providing a variety of services to Illinois residents including Outreach/Advocacy Head Start Senior Services (Home-Delivered Meals Transportation Congregate Meal Sites Outreach) Utility Assistance Weatherization Homeless Services Affordable Property Rentals. Our programs provide services to residents of Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties. Project NOW was founded in 1968 and has been in existence for over 57 years. We are a Community Action Agency stemming from Lyndon Johnson's 'War on Poverty'. We have expanded programs steadily over the years to address the issues of poverty.

We strengthen communities by helping people help themselves and one another.
