Heart of Hope Outreach Ministries

We are an Outreach Center located at 1740 9th Avenue in Rock Island with a mission of providing hope and healing to the hurting in our community. We are now 10 years old.

Outreach Center serving the community of Rock Island and neighboring cities. We offer an evening Food Pantry that provided food and toiletry items to 9,519 individuals in 2019. We are currently placing food and toiletry items in boxes and bags and loading the items into the vehicles of our Food Pantry visitors. Those walking or catching the bus are asked to line up outside, distancing themselves, as we take the food to the bus stop area for them. Before the current crisis, visitors selected their own food items. We offer a Clothing Ministry for their selections also. Youth Programs and Adult Referral assistance are also given.
