Park View Owners' Association

Park View is the largest unincorporated community in Iowa. The development was designed around green space and recreational areas. All property owners in Park View are members of the Park View Owners’ Association (PVOA). The association is managed by a nine person, volunteer board of directors.

The Park View Owners’ Association holds title to all the common areas (parkways, playgrounds, sports complexes, etc.) The main responsibility of the Association is to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents. This is done by providing for the physical maintenance, improvement and enhancement of the shared property.
