Description

YSB is thankful to have purchased our forever home right in the heart of our community from the amazing folks at Heritage Landscaping! They made us the most beautiful nonprofit in the Quad Cities - and we need your help to make sure it stays that way!

Our staff has worked hard to change our property from a landscaping office and showcase to a safe, welcoming, and functional place for the children and families we serve. Your help will provide the same support to our staff!

Last year’s crew did an amazing job assisting with landscaping cleanup and repairing/painting the counselors’ office to help their workspace feel finished and comfortable. This year, we’re looking for a team that can enhance that work by making it more functional, creating and installing built-in shelving for our walk-in storage closet and tackling landscaping maintenance and improvements for an outdoor fall cleanup!

Whether you're great at construction and handy with tools, love gardening, or just want to lend a helping hand to support youth and families, we have something everyone can do. One day of hands-on care will make a lasting impact on our home for our staff and the families we serve - providing a better, brighter safe space for healing and hope. We'd love to have you on our team!
