A food pantry and essentials closet will be established at Hayes Elementary through United Way’s United for Schools program to support students and families during the 2026–27 school year. This volunteer project may include organizing and stocking supplies, as well as packaging boxes for specific families with needed food items and hygiene or other basic necessities.
