FRIDAY SET UP
Put up fencing around perimeter (check map for that night’s configuration)
Set up stage area (carpet, skirt, sponsor banner)
Set up bar tent on the patio with barrels, table top and cooler for beer
Place and open umbrellas in each patio table
Move rectangular cocktail tables to dance floor area in front of stage
Move hexagon cocktail tables onto stamped concrete area of patio
Move picnic tables in grass (if needed)
Set out tables and folding chairs inside Mercado building
Set up barricades in assigned position (if needed)
Set out all non-security market signage and sandwich boards on patio and inside building (or where directed)
