What We Do
Community Action of Eastern Iowa provides assistance to over 25 000 individuals each year as we work to carry out our mission to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty. We are the designated Community Action Agency for Cedar Clinton Muscatine and Scott Counties in Iowa.
