The City of Moline is a governmental agency. We employ over 430 employees. Good customer service is our main goal here at the City of Moline. We continue our initiatives to ensure the future growth and economic development potential of the community in the years to come.
The City of Moline City Hall located in Rock Island County was built in 1914. It was built on land that was once part of 1 230 acres granted to Antoine LeClaire by the Black Hawk. The first Mayor of City Hall was Daniel Wheelock.
