The Project of the Quad Cities

The Project of the Quad Cities (TPQC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit, has provided public health and holistic support in the Quad Cities for nearly 40 years. Our services include HIV/AIDS case management, community outreach, clinical testing, PrEP/PEP support, 340B pharmacy services, and mental health counseling. As a trusted community organization, TPQC builds relationships and extends its reach through mobile units, a central location, and partnerships, impacting both urban and rural areas.
